Such a special treat to have dinner, bed and breakfast in this beautiful pub. The food was delicious, great for vegetarians, and the wine was really reasonably priced, so often not the case in a Michelin starred restaurant. The service was excellent: efficient and with true Yorkshire warmth. We will definitely be back.

We visited with family to celebrate our birthdays. This was my second visit, and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely incredible, The saltbeef starter i had was delicious, and the trio of sausages with bubble and squeak mash was my absolute favourite dish. Huge thanks to all the staff and especially the chefs for making our visit totally unforgettable. We will most certainly be back soon.

Yet another wonderful meal at the Pipe & Glass. Superb and very personal service. Food which is excellent and an ambience which is rich and homely. We prefer to dine on a lunchtime and the P & G experience is not diminished at this time. And for what you get, the value for money is unbelievable. Well done to James and his excellent team for a wonderful meal and experience. As you can imagine, we will back again. Very soon too.
