Great atmosphere and didn’t feel like the vegan options were an afterthought as it does at some places. The whole place is great and we loved the outdoor seating area too, will definitely be returning, a little pricey but overall a good experience so worth it!

FAULTLESS! Both me and my girlfriend eat here last night to celebrate my birthday and this place did not disappoint in any aspect of our evening.
The venue itself is clean, cosy, and modern with great decor and style. This was continued through to the outdoor seating area where we chose to sit as it was a warm night.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, they was all well presented and looked happy to be doing their job. The waitresses here had mastered the balance between making sure we had everything we needed without us feeling harassed at all.
The food was excellent, it was fresh, full of flavour and well presented. We ordered a shared starter and enjoyed every last mouthful. Our steaks were cooked exactly how we asked for them and we didn't have to wait too long either.
My girlfriend enjoyed the cocktails, I tried their own brand lager which was very flavorful.
At first I thought it was a little pricey, but taking into consideration that every last aspect of our evening was a pleasure... I've reconsidered and now class their pricing as a total bargain for what you get.

I have been trying to get to a solita for a long long time, also been wondering when Shoot the Bull would come to Beverley, all I will say is well worth the wait.
We popped in on a lunchtime, it was early on so not busy, we were greeted very professionally and politely, asked if we wanted to be seated outside or inside, the weather was pleasant so we went outside. The waitress left us to peruse the menu, whilst this is not massive each dish sounded so good, it took some time. The staff did not put any pressure on to order which I found really nice. I eventually settled for the Catalan, a burger with sun-dried tomatoes and chorizo, I doubled it up to 8oz, my partner went for the smoke break, a burger topped with smoked brisket and smoked cheese with a BBQ sauce, on the side halloumi fries with a BBQ dip.
When the food arrived it looked great, presented on a pristine white tray with branded paper, the burger simply looked fantastic against the whiteness. A little pot of slaw accompanying it (a delight on its own) made the plate.
From the 1st bite I was hooked. The Wagyu burger was so tasty, the chorizo adding a little heat. I have eaten many burgers and this I will say is well up there in the taste stakes. The partners burger looked and smelled amazing as well. The brisket so very tender and the cheese working with the BBQ sauce to give a great taste of smoke and loveliness.
As for the halloumi fries, big thick lumps of the cheese cooked to perfection.
I am deffinatley heading back and soon. My compliments to the entire team especially the waitress (sorry missed your name) and John and his kitchen team.

Amazing experience with staff who are working above and beyond to provide a wonderful chilled experience. Food is amazing and the cocktails are some of the best I've ever had. I would definitely recommend if you are in Beverley!
Amazing service and food. Staff were so accommodating to my young daughter and dog. Will definitely be coming again!
