What a lovely meal we had at the Hop Pole last night. Our first time eating here and we weren’t disappointed. The food was delicious from the very filling home made pie with cheesy mash to the very tasty crumble and ice cream. Staff were friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming. Will definitely eat here again.
If you are looking for excellent food and not sure where to go, look no further.. 10 out of 10 food ! I only wish we didn’t live so far away so we could visit again!!
I was keen to revisit the Hop Pole as I've recently moved back to the area. It did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the pies and cheesecakes in particular might be the best I've ever had. Lovely staff, decor and dog friendly! Kudos!
