What a fabulous store probably the best m&s I've ever been to, the store is immaculate on all floors , awesome cafe bit pricey but as with all m&s goods great quality & beautifully presented. The stock range is massive for men & woman lots of new lines just out so tons of choice for everyone 😀 as for the staff m&s training must be top class all the staff are so friendly and helpful will go over & above to help . If your over Bexhill way pop in it's fantastic 👍

Good sized café located on the upper floor of Marks and Spencer. Good range of hot and cold food to pick from. Scrambled egg on toast, full english, bacon rolls, etc. They have a selection of cakes at the front but on my most recent visit these were virtually all empty despite it only being 13:00. Good views out the window of Glyne Gap beach.

I attended the ravenside store today for a bra fitting and was met by a lovely young woman called Emily. She is absolute credit to the department such a chilled, friendly and funny person! She took the time to go through multiple styles and sizes to find the correct one for me. She introduced me to wireless bras. I was sceptical at first being a bigger busted woman. But ladies you do not know what you’re missing out on! They are super comfortable and still support you! Honestly Emily has changed the way I think about them. I even went and picked the pink one out and ordered two more black online. An absolute pleasant experience. Please make sure she sees this is she made my day.

Must Say Sharon from the Bexhill store went above and beyond today with her exceptional help with fitting Bras for two of us today when we were told we had appointments 3weeks ago and today was told fully booked Sharon fitted us both in without any fuss, we cannot thank her enough with her professionalism . Great selection of men's clothes and always have the size I require. Good quality clothing as well and can't complain about the prices. Love the café as well, great coffee and sandwiches...and cake, yummy.

Great marks and Spencer big ranges and lots for choice. The food hall is a delight can always find something amazing to eat and never disappoints. The staff are very friendly and helpful really will come back on the future
