When I order online I expect to receive what I ordered. No crunchy base as ordered just sponge (I paid extra for that request and didnt receive it). Plus picking up a cake: there seems to be no urgencyThe shop was full of waiting customers. Really poor - first and last time there for me - DO BETTER!
