The best pub I have been in for many years! Great beer but even better wine which is so unusual, and is so sensible as it meant that my partner wanted to return as well. We really enjoyed the live music, the service at the bar was rapid, and the pub had a great atmosphere. I loved it!
What a fabulous little pub in the heart of Appledore! Had a great selection of cask ales, ciders and spirits, incredibly welcoming lady behind the bar and lots of really cool things to look at on the walls! So glad we popped in for a few pints and definitely recommend a visit!

Best pub in the village. There's generally music most evenings, and has some of the best ale's on offer. Staff are always friendly and a great bunch. You can also take your fish & chips in to eat from the chippy 2 doors down.
