Excellent Sunday lunch. All three of us had a Sunday joint- 2 beef one turkey. The meat was so tender it just fell apart when you cut it. Lovely well cooked potatoes and veg. The waitress Jess was excellent throughout the meal. She was prompt and attentive throughout. Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon out. We went home feeling very full.

Lovely food and staff. We had the pie, but swapped the mash for chips. It was a steak pie and it was lovely! Didn't get a good pic as I delved straight in haha! We then had the hot drink and mini pudding for after, went for the crumble and it was delicious!
Plenty of parking and a lovely setting with great views.
Always visit when in the area.

A great late lunch on Easter Monday. Fantastic service from Nicola and the food quality was amazing. We had calamari and mushroom starters, lamb and the pork special for main and finished with a lovely Eton Mess dessert. Highly recommend.

Called in for lunch. Lovely staff and surroundings.
Staff helped with the gluten free food choices and were very attentative while we were there, but not in your face. Very relaxed meal, reasonable prices, lovely place & great staff.

A lovely meal. Our waitress Nicola was excellent, even picking up on the fact it was our daughter’s birthday and brought out ice cream with a candle which was a lovely touch x

The pub & dining room are very nicely set out with a cosy welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very friendly & welcoming too, our waitress was excellent, very helpful & attentive. The food was very good with a decent range of choices to suit all tastes. This is a beautiful old coaching inn set in a great location. Highly recommend & hope to visit again one day. (we visited with two friends over from Canada).

Booked at another pub (But due to kitchen issues) we drove to this one. Amazing views.. Lovely waitress who served us.. food yummy..

Came today with my dad, had a wonderful service from start to finish. The manager on the bar with a new lad that was absolutely smashing it. Then our waitress was amazing. Very smiley and was very good at her job. Overall fantastic service which also went really well with our fantastic meal. Thank you and see you again some time soon
