Food always tastes good but the delivery is the most unreliable in the world. Placed an order 2 hours ago, I'm still waiting for it to be delivered and phone calls won't go through. This delivery issue happens every single time, it's not a one off event.
I'm definitely not patronizing them again.

I do not recommend ordering from here. The customer service of the lady who worked there was exceptionally rude. The food is expensive and arrives late! My food was cold and soggy and presented awfully and left me with a bad stomach.

Made an order today at 18:07 via the website, received a confirmation email shortly after and an email 30 minutes after to let me know the delivery would be 30 minutes after that (baring in mind the wait said 45 minutes). After waiting an hour and half for delivery I decided to call the store to find out where my order was, the man who answered claimed they had not received my order and couldn’t find it on the system. I asked to speak to a manager to which he told me there wasn’t one in the restaurant today and he was unsure how my refund was going to go through because he didn’t know how the system worked.
I ended up driving to the restaurant to be told the order had actually been found and the food was ready and waiting, I asked for a refund for my order and was told the manager was on his way to deal with my problem. I then had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to arrive who was very unprofessional never apologised once and was very reluctant to give me a refund, claiming it was not his fault and tried to tell me my confirmation email was wrong because my order wasn’t placed until 40 minutes after that so I haven’t been waiting that long.
Walked out with no food, given my refund in cash and extremely agitated with the lack of management and professionalism. The service was revolting and I will never be ordering from this place again

Livid with this place. I orderd my food over an hour and half (almost 2hours) ago i cant get through to the restaurant as it seems their phone is off the hook. And all just eat can do is tell me to call the restaurant but i cant. Requested my money back as i havent recieved my food but thats going to take ages to be refunded back due to being bank holiday weekend, plus ill only recieve a refund for the food i orderd and not the delivery i paid for. And im still HUNGRY!!

Order did not arrive after calling 5 times and being told it was on its way. I would have much preferred to have been told they couldn't fulfil the order than not getting anything to eat and having to order from somewhere else. We made the order at 1930 and gave up on calling them at 2140.

Update: It turns out that the one in moseley ain't on Uber eats or deliveroo. I think the person who I talked to said they are on just eat or on the safe side phoned them up & order over the phone. Their must be an error on Uber eats & deliveroo then or has the same name but different area of Moseley. I got my order from different moon hence why an error on there system. Whenever I order there food I give more stars depends on the food, that's what it's all about.

I have dined here twice over the festive period and will most definitely be returning.
Our first visit was a party of 5. I originally booked for 4, but when I arrived with an additional person it was no problem and staff were very understanding and quick to set a place at the table.
There was an offer on bottled beers and a nice selection of drinks for us to enjoy as we perused the menu. We were offered advice on dishes we were unsure of, which was very helpful.
Starters and mains were thoroughly enjoyed by all and the service was definitely attentive, with drinks being toppped up and staff ensuring we were enjoying ourselves in a manner that felt genuine.
The second visit was just as enjoyable; only two of us. We were recognised by staff and welcomed warmly. When we booked we stated we’d like to use a Groupon voucher, but when we got there we decided to just go for whatever we fancied and it wasn’t a problem. Again, excellent food and service. My only little niggle was that the Szechuan, although flavourful, was really not spicy at all. I still enjoyed it, but missed the kick.
I’ll 100% be back to 100°.

Delivery driver was nice and friendly, food tasted good to begin with, however finding two little hairs in my food put me right off my dish. Very disappointing!
