We had a large party of people to cater for but I found the staff rather rude, I ordered a drink when I arrived that never came, had to ask for a glass of water twice, when we had finished the meal the plates were just taken away without being asked if we had finished. At one point the waiter clicked his fingers to my friend sitting opposite me for her to pass her plate! We were not asked if we wanted any dessert or coffee then the bill arrived! Food was OK but nothing to rave about so don't I'll be going there again!

Bano Phool has been my favourite curry house for years. The staff are very friendly and you are always guaranteed a fantastic meal. We were there last night and popped upstairs to have a look at their new party room. It was amazing and we will definately be booking that for a family get together. Well done guys �

For your money, and in my opinion you cannot beat this place for a curry! I have never had a bad meal here, everything is beautifully cooked and the lads are great!! And the fact you can take your own beers/wine in.........10/10 all day long! If you're ever stuck on making a decision on where to eat out, give it a go. You won't be disappointed 👌(South Indian Garlic Chilli - King Prawn) if you like it spicy 🔥 is absolutely banging!

We went there for the first time after being recommended it. I can honestly say we all had the best curry we have had in years. Staff were friendly and really helpful and the prices were reasonable. We will return with friends very soon.

Excellent food, very friendly staff and lovely restaurant. Would highly recommend. Food is always delicious and staff always remember how we like our meal. Huge king prawns, that are always tasty. I have been to the Bano for about 22yrs. I have celebrated at the Bano my 40th 50th and now my 60th birthday, and hopefully many more birthdays. Mia and the staff always greet you with a smile and the service is fab. The food is delicious and alter their dishes to suit your taste buds if needed. What more could you want!

I have been ordering takeaway from these guys for years! I have coeliac disease, not once have I ever been made poorly - they take extra care clearly and the food is always so tasty! I ordered once and I’d picked something which very clearly on the menu had gluten in - they phoned me back straight away and I changed my order.

There is only two places I’ll have a curry In Birmingham, one is my home when Bano Phool deliver it and the other is at their restaurant. Fantastic food, always fresh & hot, extremely tasty and brilliant value for money.

Possibly one of the best Indians we have ever had. Found the place by accident. Food was excellent served in a nice atmosphere. The place was pretty full with lots of orders for take-outs being picked up. This did affect service a little but not really in a bad way, somehow felt a little more relaxed because of! Staff were friendly (and run off their feet) and the toilets clean. Will go back again. Book a slot as it was busy oh and its bring your own booze

Staff are friendly enough and let you get on with your meal in peace. I had their South India Curry. Really nice dish, great spice level and a real fresh flavor. It was a perfect curry night for our group of 6. Cheap menu too.

We absolutely love this restaurant, always 5* service and amazing food. Christmas dinner today was sensational. We love the fact that the staff are not only welcoming but genuinely friendly. We will be returning many times and advising family and friends of the outstanding establishment. Thank you to all the staff, keep doing what you do best and don’t change a thing.
