Tiffin

Popped by a few weeks ago with my little girl and the owner made me sit down and have a cup of masala tea! A great reminder of being at home as it tasted just like my mother’s. I must of looked knackered on that particular day! But it was such a kind gesture. It was just what I needed. They went out of their way to ensure I had a hot drink and a moment to sit down. They were really accommodating, gave treats to my daughter to keep her busy. I know from neighbours that have visited the restaurant have said they service and the food provided has been exceptional. I will definitely be booking a table. Thank you for taking the time and caring

I came across from America and was on the search for an authentic British Curry. There are two componants I find important. Authentic and taste. The owner is first of all solely focused on your culinary journey and second on the Authentic Birmingham vibe. Trust me when I say this family knows and has the history of catering to a mature palette. Thank you for a wonderful evening and keeping Birmingham as one of the top Curry destinations globally. Easily the best Indian in the Harborne/Edgbaston area. The staff are so accommodating to the wants of the customers, and they are always a pleasure to deal with. Food top quality and the selection is far more broad than the standard set of mains you can get from most Indian restaurants. Fabulous food, service and the overall quality.

One of the best curries I have ever tried. The service is very welcoming and they do recommend some dishes to spice up the experience, cooked to my tastes as I only tend to stick to one dish. Wine and alcohol selection is very good too! With me living in Bromsgrove I still use this place every so often as you cannot beat a good curry.

The food was spectacular. The wine they recommended was excellent. But best of all: the management and staff are very generous. They mis-estimated when a table when would be available for my date and me, so they comped our drinks and discounted the bill by half. They didn’t need to: the food was amazing

Just had dinner at Tiffin in Harborne, will definitely be back and would highly recommend the Tiffin Platter as a starter for 2 to share... All of the food was cooked to perfection! Absolutely delicious, fantastic service, very friendly and welcoming... the decor is very plush, not your usual high street curry house! Would be great for special occasions!
