Birthday treat with the girls. Watched a movie at resorts world and visited mid week. Staff were lovely, service was quick and efficient, food was lovely - best beef burger for a long time- would highly recommend.

Lovely food, lovely service and checked all my husbands food and drink had not come into contact with lemon which his highly allergic too which was brilliant although it was very busy being so close to Christmas you was not rushed at all

Myself and my partner came in last Friday at around 7 O’clock. When we entered the restaurant we asked for one of the menus to not have the calories on it they said unfortunately they didn’t have one but we sat down anyway. Not 3 minutes later one of the waitresses (a blond lady with curly hair) come over to the table and handed me a menu that she had crossed out the calories on. This was completely unexpected but I was so grateful, she really did go above and beyond. Food was fantastic and all the other staff were super kind and helpful. Could not recommend enough. Thank you.

Simon dealt with our first trip to Birmingham as a married couple, my husband had a beef burger and I had a couple san Miguel and we loved the whole experience.

Brilliant service, great food. Very accommodating, had pushchair and shopping and plenty of room! Made to feel at home and not a nuisance! Love it, great experience!

they didn’t have the cocktails in but staff were very polite and gave me a free drink instead. the burger was amazing, i asked for medium rare which i got, plenty of cheese and the house sauces were great. on the expensive side but i will go and pay again

Called in for some lunch after a show at the nec. Simon made us both feel welcome and was very polite and professional. The service and food was absolutely fantastic! Thanks all a GBK. We will definitely be returning.

Brilliant service and staff! We made our order really difficult and really complicated and the staff were very helpful and so polite! Burgers were also INCREDIBLE! 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent juicy burgers as is standard for this restaurant chain! The food was top notch and was delivered quickly with everything exactly as ordered. The restaurant was clean but the reason I have knocked off one star is because it smelt heavily of cigarette smoke when we first arrived. We got used to it after a few minutes but we didn't expect it to hit us in the face when waking in. The service was excellent with very helpful staff.

All the staff were very attentive throughout our visit, remaining efficient and professional despite the lunch rush. Food was great, onion rings AMAZING! Decent enough selection of Vegan options.
