Almaas Tabassum

Ordered a Strawberry Villa Waffle which was very yummy. 4 star for the chocolate wasn’t as I was expecting. Not all of it was melted. 5 stars ⭐️ for Hannah the service and assisting staff. She was veryyyy kind (rare to find somebody this kind these days as a restaurant staff). Hannah was very friendly and cute. She definitely makes the customers experience good vibes and a comfortable environment. Thank you Hannah! May Allah bless you more.

Amazing … hannah who was looking after us on the table was next level … the food was to die for .. been coming here for years and never disappoints .. the star today was the American pancakes biscoff .. normally our favourite are the crepes which are defo the best in the area .

Yaz London

Travelled from London for a weekend getaway and needed a sugar fix. When entering Treatz, we noticed a busy atmosphere and one staff member. Let me start by saying, although it is impossible for one staff to manage a whole shop, this guy did it. His name was Zaf and not only did he serve us but was also the only one making the desserts and drinks . You don’t see young men working this hard anymore and it was much appreciated. Thank you for the delicious waffle and excellent americano. Great service

Wow! Amazing! Really enjoyed our experience here on my brother’s birthday. After we ordered on learning of my brothers birthday, all the staff came over and sang him happy birthday with a cake on the house with a sparkler on it. Our server, Hannah was also extremely nice especially with our indecisiveness over which deserts to choose. I would definitely recommend this place for the service level, the lovely happy nature of the staff and the delicious food!

Hannah did a great job at serving our food as quickly as possible. She was really kind and always checked back at me and my kids. I ordered churros, the Brooke and a cookie dough which were all pretty good.

I come here often and the service is great, the American banutella pancakes are amazing. The mood is good and the price is acceptable. I recommend it.

Spacious nice place with modern decorations and relaxing atmosphere. We only went there for ice cream and it was amazing. We also ended having a tasty cheesecake. The kids love it, it was tasty and the portions were large. Definitely going back to try other options. Thanks for Zaf for the great and friendly service.
