Staff where friendly and helpful. We was up stairs to watch Janet Devlin so was very busy. But we had to wait but because there was a lot of people I did not think it was a long wait. Once ordered our pizzas came quite quickly as it was busy. Over all we enjoyed the food the service and a great place to watch live music so close up as if it was one to one. 5* from me and £5 tip.
Visited with wife and family and our 2 1/2 year old Grandson. The food was great as usual. Douhballs to die for. The Pizza is great. The service was excellent even down to one of the Italian waiters teaching our Grandson Italian and taking time care and patience with him. Visited here before and it’s always good. A lovely visit thank you !!
The first time we went out as a group to Broad Street for a dinner after the first round of exams got over in Bham was to pizza express. We a group of 6 were treated to a great meal, ambiance and good collection of wines. Their open kitchen makes things interesting as always!!

Pizza Express is one of the few chains that i have tried out in different cities and what impresses me is the quality of the food. It is consistent and good in all the outlets that i have eaten in.
I ordered the Diavolo Pizza because that was the spiciest option that they had on their list. The Pizza was great with its thin crust. The toppings just complemented each other with their spicy flavor. Would definitely recommend this to the spice lovers. Trust me, the tabasco sauce on this definitely adds a kick to it.
The Ambiance was pretty much the same that i have seen in other places, with lots of Pizza boxes lined up on the other side of the counter. It gives you a feel of casual as well as a fine dine Italian restaurant. Would definitely keep eating at this chain when am in the mood for some Italian.
Popped in before heading to the Utilita Arena, no reservation but got a seat right away.
Service was really friendly and the choices of food and drink were incredible, at a reasonable price (even more reasonable if download the app and join the Pizza Express Club!).
We shared a starter of Calamari which was delicious - breaded rather that battered. I had the king prawn laggara and my partner the standard king prawn pizza - both were delicious and we loved it! We were stuffed after so we shared some sorbet for dessert (a scoop of coconut and a scoop of watermelon). For drinks I had a garden gin and tonic, and my partner had a red wine. Both lovely.
Will definitely return again!

A visiting family from france seen i was a skater taking a break and their son was also on skates ( cool) and wanted to sit with the other skater so came on in and ordered.
Once done the father asked if i would skate with their son for a bit. Sure! so had a little roll round so they could take momento videos back with them. All in all a good pit stop. Location, food and a skate...Result
Good service and piping hot food that is tasty. Family of 5, last minute decision to visit as we were walking past. Seated straight away. Order taken in good time and person serving made amazing Vegan recommendation. Excellent vegan options available. Worth a visit if you fancy a but of upmarket pizza!
To be honest. I wouldn't normally go out for pizza especially pizza express. but it was an occasion. And we had some vouchers. This pizza express has completely changed my mind. Probably the best pizza I have had in a long time. We were very well looked after. The staff very friendly. Superb food. Absolutely loved it. Thank u.

The restaurant is bright and cheerful with comfortable seating.
We enjoyed our food which was a pizza and cannelloni pasta. It came quickly and it was pleasantly served.

Really enjoyed a family catch up with food and drinks at this pizza express. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was fast and ever so warm. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was great, as expected from pizza express chain. I recommend this venue

The Porchetta Romano was unbelievably good. No, scratch that, it was unbelievably delicious! Ccompanied by hot Polenta chips and a bowl of coleslaw, this meal was washed down with a bottle of Malbec Mendoza, Argentina. A splendid evening indeed!!
Very good pizzas! I went there with my family and one of which has celiak desease, we ordered pizza, the romano size which was very big! We eat a lot so it was perfect. The gluten free pizza was the best they had ever eaten, so if you're looking for some gluten free pizza place then this is it. A little expensive, around 15£ per pizza, but they were really big and good so it was worth it. 5/5!
