These are the best fish and chips around. The owners are so friendly, always happy to cook me a fresh haddock, very high quality! Would not hesitate to recommend them
Now I'm a big lover of fish and chips and I can state without doubt that Harborne Fish bar produce exceptional fish and chips! The kebab meat is way better then the usual tat you get from other chip shops. Curry sauce is tasty and a great consistency. I've been ordering from here for a few months and have been very happy with the food each and every time. Thanks Harborne Fish Bar. Keep up the good work guys!
The best cod fish in the whole of Birmingham. I have tried many places this is number 1 for me absolutely 💯 quality fish taste is amazing. Price is also reasonable always cooked fresh on order. Sometimes the chips are greasy which i don’t like. Apart from that 10/10

I've been here many times and I do think this is the best chippie around Harborne. The price, portions and taste is the best and the owners are lovely too. They've taken care of this place for many years and it's nice that there is a TV in there so you can watch while you wait for your order
I had given up on ever finding a really great fish and chip shop in my local area. So I did not have high hopes when it came to trying Harborne Fish Bar. I was mistaken it is an outstanding fish and chip shop, great chips, light batter on the fish, they even did a well cooked cod without batter. The staff were friendly and helpful, the shop looked clean and well maintained. I just hope they don’t change anything. Friendly, tasty food, very careful with allergens (nut free, inc traces and offer gluten free option), consistently best fish and chips. Only slight downside is they are cash only and local cash point broken is have to plan ahead!
