Me and mum vist lots of different costas up and down the country all the time and have never felt as welcome as we did today... they where very busy but said sorry for the wait which i think is always nice even though its not there fault, while waiting for my drinks the manager was asking about my day and what we was doing, I happened to mention that was out shopping with mum for her birthday, the lovley lady later came over with a muffin and a candle to wish her a happy birthday, its the little things like this that make peoples day...so thank you

Visited the fort today and had a terrible time. But the trip was saved by a lovely member of staff here. He was a tall guy with his hair tied back. He was very pleasant, helpful and chatty to the customers.
Got served in the morning on Sunday 10:15 am no queues , nice and clean store counter/ behind the counter. Over all much positive experience than before. Staff were polite when serving.

First time visiting here. We were given a lovely warm welcome even though it was very busy that day. The guy who served us was happy and extremely helpful to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning. Great first experience 👍🏽
