Had a fantastic experience yesterday, debating on whether to try the new ice whipped latte , and Wayne and another lady (sorry I forgot your name!) were fantastic in giving us opinions and so patient while we faffed about choosing!’ Fantastic customer service!

Excellent service. Happiest and the best customer service ever received. Customers happy, everyone leaving with a smile due to the happy service. (SEAN taking the orders with his hair tied back an asset to Costa). He should be customer training Manager. My fav costa. Other costa at next...rubbish. take away only at 3.30pm, when they shut at 5pm.

Costa Costa upstairs at Next is just a joy to be at. Relaxing and with a good view through the windows. The young staff are pleasant and enhance the atmosphere. Costa Coffee of course is always good :-)

I travel a lot with work and regularly frequent Costa. First time I’ve been to The Fort. Julie was beyond friendly, helpful and just a delight. Very very good at her job and is an amazing asset to the business. Happy Christmas!!
