So I’d like to thank you for your amazing customer service, your staff and wonderful food. Not to forgot we were able to pray after breaking our Ramadan Fast. The Iftaar/Fast breaking food then the mixed grill starters were tops. Lovely curries and those Afghan Nans are the best. Nice desserts and teas too. Definitely will be returning. And it’s great you’ve a hotel upstairs too. Thank you

The greeting was warm and very welcoming, offered coffee, tea or juice and assisted me with my bags up to my room. Excellent service. Room was clean and tidy and well aired, I like a slightly cooler room than average and this was perfect for me. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Downsides, when I booked it, I didn't spot that it's a shared bathroom although, as it happens, I never saw the person/people I was meant to share with. The sink was dirty and had hair in it also the mixer fawcett was loose but worked. I also almost fell off the toilet as the seat was broken. The restaurant was closed so I had to either go for a walk down to the take away, which are only about 5 minutes walk away, or order in. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

A good budget hotel. Had a single room with private shower and toilet for £49. Room was of a reasonable size, clean, freshly decorated and had a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities and a couple of packets of nice biscuits. Could not find the TV remote and the staff could not have been more helpful. Shower/bathroom was very compact and I could have done with something more than the single hand towel although I'm sure it would have been provided had I bothered to ask. It's a pity the restuarants closed and there's currently no breakfast option as the kitchen is being refurbished. Can recommend and shall use again.

I booked this hotel for my son who was attending a 4 day course in Birmingham. I found the staff extremely lovely, helpful and friendly. In fact, they allowed us to check in at 7am instead of 3pm as I was waiting for my son to finish his first day before taking him out for dinner and heading home and wanted to relax. The room was clean and my son said the bed was very comfortable. It is a shame the restaurant was closed but there were places to eat just down the road which were very good. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you to the staff who looked after us and more importantly, my son.

Very nice clean hotel, staff friendly and welcoming. Secure closed car park at the back of hotel. Rooms where really nice with flat screen TV, Kettle, tea, coffee, milk and bottled water included. Restraunt was closed during our stay but hoping next time we visit it will be open. Would definitely recommend.

A good value hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant was closed and a limited breakfast offer was a little disappointing but for £75/night I have no serious complaints.
