Definitely different from the other dessert places. Competitively priced and everyone was very helpful. Prompt service and even though it was busy me and my family were greeted, seated and served with a smile. The place has nice decor and well presented. Toilets were clean considering how busy they were and overall the hygiene was top notch. Desserts with a positive twist and all tasted fresh with a personal touch. I didn't know the 'chef'/'patisserie' guy had been on TV and was a finalist on the show, until we were there and my wife mentioned it. After speaking with the manager he told me about a new menu that was in the pipeline. Really enjoy this new fusion cooking that hasn't really gripped Birmingham yet, but with places like Artisan really pushing the boundaries, hopefully we Brummies will appreciate the finer qualities in fine dining as opposed to concrete cake and custard. It is one of the best dessert places I have been to this year (there have been a few) and will definitely be back at some point to try their afternoon tea sessions.
Amazing dessert, had the rose court which was divine. Service was good, was given a run through of all the yummy desserts on the menu,the desserts a very different from other places,very friendly, shahid was very helpful and polite, place is relaxing and comfortable. Definitely coming here again and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Beautiful and harmonious atmosphere, loved the service as well as fresh, delicious and outstanding and eye catching designs of the desserts.
Had chocolate dome, strawberry waffles and cookie dough and everything was nice. Crumbles with waffles tasted nice. Potions and prices are reasonable. Nice ambience. Quick order served and nice customer service. Lots of variety on menu
Absolutely love this place, I've been here quite few time now, the staff are so friendly, understanding and the service is just perfect there's no faults at all. Recommended you guys come there

Delicious desserts, great interior. Highly recommend the rose cake, delicious, comes with a side of pistachio ice cream, crumble, and rose petals.
Customer service could be better as server tried his best but had not much idea about the menu as he was very new to the job and kitchen clearly didn't brief him with unavailable items. They no longer had items on menu and told only after taking the order which happened twice so had to keep changing order. Other than that the food was amazing and tasted great.
I don't have a sweet tooth, but I can say if you want a luxurious dessert I think this place beats every other dessert place. This place looks pretty, and you can tell they use highest quality ingredients because it doesn't taste cheap.. My friends are very picky and there was no complaints from them, they loved it. I got the apple crumble and it was really nice just didn't like the ice cream that came with it lol previously back in 2018, I got the chocolate dome and it was delicious, you get to drizzle the chocolate onto the dome and it melts ahh, so pleasing lol. The way they serve you the dessert is also aesthetically pleasing to me.
Nice dessert place with decent service. The chocolate domes here are really nice and can be customised to your liking! Menu’s are a little on the older side and could do with upgrading.
Just popped in for a quick coffee after looking at the menu I was sold. So ended up ordering the strawberry cheesecake bake with cafe latte, in general coffee was great, dessert was nice but not the best, due to taste.
Staff were friendly, customer service was good, place did seem alittle tight we sat upstairs on the first floor. Overall great experience would love to come back and try something different
The desserts in this place are so unique compared to other places like Jam Jar and Ice Stone Gelato. They have a selection of tarts and pies and also the usual cookie doughs. The environment is also really great with very sophisticated settings and nice seating areas. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 starts is because the prices are quite expensive for a dessert so if you’re with only 1 person you end up paying around £25 for 2 desserts and 2 drinks.
