Pete's Pan

Overall a very good experience. Service was efficient and friendly. Food was good quality, fish well cooked with a nice crispy batter. Chips were good and the portion sizes were generous. Dinner for 4 adults and 3 kids was less than £35 which I think is good value for money and everyone had plenty to eat. Pete’s Pan a great plaice to come for fish and chips.

My oh my, what a delightful surprise. My partner and I were famished after the boring life duty of Christmas shopping. He googled for the best chippy around, and this gem popped up! We both had a mini, mini fish and chips. It was utterly delicious and the mushy peas were mega tasty. The fish was delicious and the chips were incredible...I will being visiting in the future. Thank you 👍 Also the fellas had ace customer service. Nice feel to the place

9th August. First time here for a long time we had large fish n chips, we was sharing so we wanted a big portion, a nice young lady asked if I wanted cod and yes I did the fish was smaller than I thought it would be but it was cooked while I waited and it was cooked to perfection, the chips were good with no bits mixed in again they were cooked just right. The portion was was smaller than I expected for the price, however there was enough to share. It was very tasty and cannot fault if it was a slightly larger portion it would have got the full 5 stars but after saying that we were both full when the last chip was eaten it was the best fish n chips we had for a long time. Well done and thank you!....a few days later 12th August I went back and ordered a completely different dish there is no need to tell you what it was but I have changed my rating to 5* and yes this fish n chip shop will take some beating! I am so lucky to have this shop near to where I live....well done Pete's Pan...

Don't normally leave reviews but in this case I felt I had to, been to Pete's pan for the first time this evening, after living in the area for many years, and I wasn't disappointed. £5.80 for a mini fish and chips and a can of full fat coke, a little on the expensive side, but worth every last penny. Truly delicious, my wife didn't have any think, but when I got home I could she her eyeing them up, green with envy she was.
