Malibu, the bartender served everyone with 10 out of 10 service . He is a credit to the hotel and he deserves a pay rise as he dealt wit a pro manner as we've seen from the manager that night! Good job m8! Regards a guy from uk! Ps.... Rhiad is the best as well . He turned out that night and he was so comprehensive with his job that he had an manner of sorting there happy with his service at the end.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and dining at its welcoming home-like restaurant. From the moment we arrived, Fern greeted us with warmth and ensured a seamless check-in process. Pat's impeccable service at the restaurant made every meal a culinary delight, while Terry-Ann's attention to detail ensured my stay was nothing short of perfection. The accommodations were fantastic, the cuisine divine, and the staff's hospitality unparalleled. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. 5 stars from us!

I've been staying in premier inns for years and I like to give a review when they get something right. There are quite a few negative reviews on here, but people need to remind themselves they are in a budget hotel, so you won't get the same service as you would in a top class hotel. The room we were given was very clean and the temperature was perfect. Beds and bedding were great which is standard at premier inns. There was nothing not to like here. We had breakfast and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it to others.
