Jess & Nina are amazing and by far the best staff the Birmingham Cherry Street store employs. Always a good experience when there on. Thank you Jess & Nina for remembering me everytime and taking the time to always get my latte perfect the way I like it!

Nice Starbucks on the corner. Made free batch of filter coffee for me that was on point. Table not especially stable, but could be forgiven. Good service.

Love coming to this small Starbucks. The coffee is great. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They've on a few occasions brought my drink to my table which was nice.

Welcomed me in from the rain and allowed me to work in peace in the corner for a couple of hours before the arduous drive back to the office.
High standard of coffee as always and Shirley Collins was playing at the time.

Stopped by when waiting for the start of a conference. Convenient location, standard selection of drinks and food, staff were good.
There could be a few more places to sit, and I expect that it gets busy at peak times. Regardless good for a quick coffee and waiting for 10 mins.

I had time to spend on a business trip to Birmingham so I stayed in this Starbucks for a few hours working on my laptop and making use of their WiFi. Staff were very considerate and polite and every now and then asked if I would like anything else. I spent on plenty of coffee, water and food in return for several hours use of their comfortable cafe!
