Great food but what desserts don’t taste good? Well decorated and very attractive looking from outside. Prices are a bit much for some milk and blended chocolate bars. They seem to have the a good supply of equipment and an ok menu. Leaflets need updating as they don’t always reflect what’s available in the display cases. I do sometimes notice that they leave dirty blender jugs from old shakes lying around and piling up on the sides; used waffle irons caked in burnt batter sitting there so long it’s changed the colour of batter. I do believe it’s a staffing issue as I’ve never seen more that 2 staff members despite how busy it gets. Piled up dirty equipment is not a good sight when it’s behind the counter in the customers eyeline. I also am not feeling the paperwork, printer and files they leave on one of the seating areas the staff are clearly using as an adhoc office. Data Protection? It’s a pity because it’s in a good location and the food is good. Adding the final blow are the big groups of louts they let order the cheapest item off the menu then sit down in there for 3 hours then perv on every female that comes in, talking about inappropriate and crude things at the top of their voices from things like drug dealing to smoking cannabis. I can even smell it sometimes and see them smoking it outside the shops doors. I don’t need all that hassle when I want to go and order a simple shake or dessert. It actually puts me off and has reduced my visits there. Parking can be done on the side road or surrounding roads, avoid at school run or rush hour times. Will be almost impossible. Tight side roads.
