Love this place, friendly staff who actually enjoy having your custom. It's not like other places where you are rushed and made to feel like you are intruding once you have finished your meal.
The food is lovely, it tastes fresh because it is, plenty of options on the menu and they will tailor any dish to your requirements.
They no longer serve alcohol which is actually a benefit as this is very much a place for the foodies rather than the late night rabble that just want another drink after closing time.
Top class place.
Oh and they do takeaway too.

We had been out for a saturday evening and was driving round to find a curry place when we came across yewtree cottage. Glad we stopped, food was excellent, serves was good, restaurant was clean. I popped to the toilet and they were ok. Would recommend and even go back if we were up that way again

This is a friendly cosy little restaurant with a twist of excellence. They cater to all your needs, with a top class service. Try the Halal STEAK, OMG! , you will not be disappointed. I've been coming here since it's 1st day of opening in 1979. Run by the same family for all these years I have had some great meals. I could probably count on one hand if I have had a bad one. Food excellent and staff really helpful. To Jamal and his staff keep up the great work it's a pleasure to have known you all these years.
