Istanbul Grill House

Me and my partner tried this place today. We had a look at the food before ordering. Everything looks fresh Main thing for me is customer service and how homely and comfortable I feel in a setting. This setting made me feel welcomed, comfortable and I could ask what is this? Without any attitude from the young worker. Which is excellent. In the end we decided to share shawarma chicken with brown rice salad and yoghurt. I have to say, this has been the best chicken and rice I have tasted!!! It was like home food that my mother has made. I also have to praise the young boys working (looks like a family business) they was helpful and let me try the shawarma before ordering. Will be ordering again! Keep up the good work! Nice service! Defo recommend!

Service Good, Food Great and Value Superb. Could not ask for better. As for Mr upon clarity. I was in the shop when he and his brother complained. He's brother had 80% of he's meal then complained, I was shocked, what a load of rubbish was spouting for he's mouth. I often travel out of my way to have launched there

I have ordered 5 times through just eat, so my rating isn't just one experience, but 5 experiences. Just eat gives a time of delivery which ranged from 45 mins to 1 half hour , but each time the delivery came sooner than advised. Food quality has always been good , rice is well cooked and meat well cooked. The salad is fresh too, nothing wrong with salad and infact people should eat more of it. I'm greek from the Mediterranean so i love salad!! The flavour is good and the food doesn't have oil in it. I have never had an upset stomach from the food. I want to also clarify before I order from any place I always check Birmingham city council food hygiene ratings and these guys are rated a full 5 stars hygiene , which by the Birminghams council food hygiene department is EXCELLENT! I gave 4 stars and not 5 in this rating only because today's 5th order they forgot the 2 cans of pop which they came back 10 mins later to drop off and the delivery guy apologised so I don't really have an issue about the pop. I wouldn't say the food is the best I tasted and wouldn't say it's the cheapest. But if your at home with nothing cooked and you want good food that you know is clean, this is a good go to place !!!!
