I love this bar. It is so understated, the staff are friendly, the food is superb and the cocktails are out of the world. I have been a few times and am never disappointed. They have brilliant seating including a fire pit with chairs around. Cant wait to go again 😊

When we arrived it was nice & quiet. The staff were warm & welcoming. In no time our menus were at the table & we placed our order. It was worth the wait when our side order of Chicken Wings & mains of Prawn Tagliatelle arrived. The portions were fine & well worth the price. Great value for money the ambiance & setting was excellent. Looking forward to returning. Great host too.

Had a terrible experience at Ralphs Bar, cocktails were nice however before i ordered i was standing at the bar for over 10 minutes with staff members walking past me. Then someone else attended the bar and got served straight away. No acknowledgment or apologies. I had to bring it to their attention. No mention of what time cocktails are served until. Staff are slow behind the bar.

Celebrated their 1st Anniversary with them 2 weeks ago.
Excellent djs, great food.
It would have been 5* but for the fact that I made an enquiry online regards booking the bar for my birthday in September and have received no communication back or acknowledgement, shame really.

Nicely stocked bar and good cocktails. Shame about the lack of customer service! No staff interaction or even asking if we enjoyed our drinks. Service with a smile, this was not.. Could do better.
