The service was 100% from Aftab. I ordered 40 boxes of assorted sweets for my colleagues at work. Considering most of them hadn’t tried the sweets before, they went down well. Will definitely buy from your shop again. Thank you

Great location, parking can be an issue at times, but food and mitai is always fresh and is well worth the trouble and the effort!

I’ve been attending this sweet centre for years and the man in reason for my loyalty is the quality and service and value for money I have and will recommend this sweet centre for all my family and friends for there weddings birthdays religions days and every single one of them have come back with same feedback 10/10 to top up the service is the humorous environment we get from the managers. Hope this establishment stays like ⭐️

Amazing shop! Can not fault anything. I have ordered mitai boxes from this confectionery for many years! Staff are super helpful going above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. The mitai is definitely one of the best ones in the whole of birmingham. If you haven’t already tried their samosa chaat (I definitely recommend)!!!

The best Mithai shop and probably the only Ambala in Birmingham. We have family members who wouldn't eat anything other than Ambala. The faces in the shop have changed over the years but the quality of sweets hasn't. If anything the variety has improved. The prices are also competitive and the staff are friendly and helpful. The shop to come to if you don't want to be disappointed.

Ambala is the pinnacle of asian mitai/sweets. The experience me and my family have received in the last 15 years has been exceptional, very welcoming and caring staff. Mitai and food is always fresh. Never fails to disappoint

Recently went and had the samosa chaat, definitely best one I’ve ever had. Bought a mithai basket as well and it was wrapped very professionally, everyone loved it! One of the workers, Umar was very helpful with helping me choose the mithai and was able to wrap the basket just how I asked. Will definitely be visiting again soon. 👍🏽

Ambala in Coventry road has been established for over 20 years and me and my family and friends have been going for over 20 years. The quality is ALWAYS EXCELLENT if not EXCEPTIONAL as it is controlled by the central depot. Mitai from Ambala is unique in taste and the cost is justified. Never in those 20 years have I ever experienced sub standard mitai. There are other mitai shops which are average and I’ve tried them all. Ambala is the best. I have even taken Ras Milai by road to London relatives and tasted beautiful after a week storage even. Keep up the good work.
