This place is usually crowded and finding a seat is always a problem. Staff do their best and serve us well. Food is good and the ambience is ok here!
I've been to this branch a lot of times over the years due to it's convenient location. I've never had any issues with the food or the service to date, and it's a great option at late night if you're out having a few drinks nearby. It's very busy during the day, as you'd expect from a city centre branch.
There are 2 McDonald's restaurants in the city centre and personally, I prefer this one. Maybe because of its location, this McDonald's usually is not very busy comparing to the one next to the train station. That means the service is a bit more efficient, really important if you are in a rush.
This McDonald's restaurant seems to always have trouble with customers. Last night I went in to get a meal and found the manager (I think) arguing with customers over who placed what food.
The slope into this McDonalds makes it feel a little cramped, there are two areas, one on each side for eating plus plenty of touch screens so you can place your order and go and sit down to wait for it.
Service is decent and its pretty quick to get food and then head off. Students and School Kids seem to hang around a little bit later in the afternoon. So 1pm to 3pm is probably the best time to go.
One of the best place to eat in and relax my kids really like to come here and it's not too expensive
Food is not always hot. The drive through is the quickest way to get services, on the occasions when I have gone inside there is always await to get your order. Inside is usually busy with everyone waiting for there food. Restaurant is kept clean and tidy.
McDonald's near Weston Favell is well equipped with all the necessary social amenities and facilities.
They take of disabled people with accessibility.

Food comes in various varieties is well served and palatable.
Infact, the McDonald's near Weston Favell Centre is really good place to relax, amazing service, and very hospitable services.
I will go there any time I am off days and enjoy myself over and over again.
Overall it's splendid restaurants.

I went in after receiving a voucher for a free meal and was served by the friendly and attentive Manageress Sophie. I opted in for the Chicken Big Mac fries and Cola which was served hot and tasty.
Food tasted great, service was rather quick and I was happy to have found somewhere to sit because normally it's well packed out
Not a bad McDonald's location. Serves the same chain food at the same prices. Only cons is that this location is always packed, often lacking places to sit and eat at, self serve sauce dispensers are no longer functional, order screens never give out receipts and way too many people standing around waiting for their orders to be made. Understandably it is located in the city centre, although the food is fine quality wise. All in all, exactly what you'd expect.
Fast service, but the self serve machines very often don't have any paper in them and my order number was only displayed for a short time.
