Absolutely thrilled with my Papa John's experience! The pizza was piping hot, loaded with fresh toppings, and the crust was perfection. The delivery was prompt, and the customer service was top-notch. Papa John's never fails to deliver a delicious and satisfying meal.

Good quality pizza freshly baked. Vegetarian options are plentiful but could do with some extra variety. Atmosphere not applicable as it is a takeaway service. Quick service and good value with promotional offers readily available.

On this Particular occasion I will rate the papa johns a 4 star out of 5.
(we are regulars and order probably once a month)
- The pizza looked the way it was supposed to
- It was freshly made
- it tasted it right.
- it came on time
- The delivery guy obviously cares about his job and wants the business to succeed and is very lovely.
- Customer service is lovely, they are all stand up guys and you can tell they want to do the best that they can
I feel like Papa John's have taken their finger out and gotten serious again which is amazing to see.
But when I read these reviews I honestly had to agree.
- The app needs to go full stop. Why say the pizza has been delivered when it obviously hasn't. That's going to lead to these negative reviews.
- You guys need to hire more delivery guys, however many you have aren't enough and not getting the job done.
i'd rather the pizza take longer to get to me, provided it was HOT & worth the wait.
- the last two orders weren't as fresh or as the one I ordered this time round so I agree with some of the reviews on here
- the customer service guy who takes the calls needs to stop saying "The food will only be a couple more minutes, he's around the corner" He's done this on 3 separate occasions.
Honest a lovely bunch of people and the food is getting back on track to where they used to be. Keep the mindset you have now and you'll be back to being the best pizza place in Kings Heath

The first time I ordered the pizza was cold not nice very bland flavour was not saying much, tasted very basic and not worth £20. And delivery took so long.
However I recently just went there and it was amazing they have improved so much there customer service was great they gave quick service and food was warm enough for me to eat I wished I ordered more I will definitely go again.
Papa John's was amazing. Even now with the COVID-19 restrictions in place our pizza and desserts and our overall experience was amazing, staff were very friendly and quick service. Food tasted amazing would definitely go back and would 110% recommend.
