I have used this branch for many years now and I cannot believe that it gets any poor reviews. It is a very busy store at times and all of the staff without exception will put themselves out to ensure that the experience is a good one. Being as busy as they are some people may occasionally get served out of turn but with customers jumping in and out of the queue this is not the fault of the staff.
In Particular, Rachel whom I believe is a supervisor runs this place exceptionally and is always willing and ready to help .

I popped in for some lattes recently and my elderly mother accidentally knocked them over in the car. I returned for two more within minutes and casually mentioned what had happened. Both Neelam and Dante went above and beyond to help me by providing me with tissues, re assurance, outstanding service and they even happily replaced my lattes.
5***** these two are a true asset to this store.

This store is one of the best Greggs I’ve been to, I come here daily due to working down the road and I’ve gotten to know every staff member that works there, exceptional service everyday with no problems from any of them and they always help and answer questions I ask (even when there annoying questions lol) I do feel for them as they always having to deal with shoplifters and abuse of a lot of customers and I would give them a pay rise! howerever thank you for the great food and service everytime.

5 stars for person who served me.Popped in 15 minutes ago and had a pleasant surprise as young person who was serving me offered to pay for my pasty as they didn't have my first 2 choices and the one I settled on was cold! I declined the offer and paid myself but thank you very much young person behind the counter for offering :)
