I have recently visited flakes desserts and have enjoyed the atmosphere. The customer service was excellent as the manager Harry was well spoken. Faheem whom was a staff memeber delievered good customer service as well as good food. The shop was very clean, it had beautiful decor and the staff were polite on the day. I recommend this dessert parlour to everyone.

Can't go wrong with their sundaes, good portions and will fill you up. Been there many times and can recommend to anyone.

Nice food and great place, big portions. Everything is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and supportive. The decor is very nice and the place is very relaxing. The waffles comes with a ton of sauce and they all look and taste delicious. I strongly suggest this place.

Ordered from Flakes a few times. Cheapest dessert place we've found, and with quality foods. Will definitely order again.

Very nice and pleasant place to visit for a dessert. Service was great and the desserts were also good. I had the chocolate Ferrero Rocher waffle and this was great and cooked very well, nice and soft waffles and also the white chocolate is just as good. Will come to this place again soon as I enjoyed the experience.

Great place - I highly recommend Flakes Desserts STOP serving M&M milkshakes and anything related to M&M's , because M&M's are 100% HARAM & NOT suitable for muslims, also NOT suitable for vegetarians. May Allah guide us all

Nice place, came here for the first time the other day but forgot to take pics. The desserts where a generous portion and tasty. Only reason for scoring 4 stars instead of 5 was the strawberry milkshake barely had any flavour. Otherwise we ordered concrete cake and custard, cornflake cake and custard and a milk chocolate cookie dough which were all really lovely. I would come back again if I'm local :)

I go there and sometimes order. Their service is good and portiins are great. Desserts are lovely. My daughter left her pouch of money behind and cpuld noy find it. The next time my sister went in to Flakes he said you left this behind she said its not mine maybe my nieces and it was. I was really happy they kept it and returned it to us. Good on you Flakes.
