Popped here for a half term treat ...it wasn't very busy and we did wait a while for our food ..but they did give us free popcorn for the wait ...

It feels like they have been working on improving things and this now feels like one of the better KFCs around. Very good service, friendly staff. The chicken’s less greasy and the fries somehow better compared to many other branches and the taste is often very good, although I wish they were more consistent. KFC still having QC issues across outlets - this one is better than most. Toilets need more regular cleaning - taking 1 star off for that and the lack of consistency with food at times.

Food was fresh, service OK. We didn't wait for long for our order. We had some chicken wings on offer and wicked variety bucket. I always buy watermelon drink too, it's very refreshing.

Decent amount of seating, quick service. Went to try the vegan burger and I have to say it was one of the best vegan burgers I've tried.

For me, it was the first time visiting this branch and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. April was the lady who served me, made great conversation and reccomeneded a few bits. I had a small issue with the wings being only warm and not hot, these got sorted straight away with no awkwardness. Will be back again, dining in experience was great!
