I have been to this costa a few times in the past and service/quality always seems to change. However, i thought i would write a review on my experience today.
The staff were fabulous today. They were a patient and a kind attitude. Unfortunately they didn’t have any assistance because the other members of staff were in the back. However, on their own (and still training) they made the most fabulous drinks.
If you are going to be sitting in, there is a large sitting area for all. However, keep up the work!

Popped in for a late breakfast with my daughter, surprisingly quiet prior to Lego Discovery Centre opening.
Baby change facilities were nice and clean, food and drinks at expected standard.

For the very 1st time I tried the new mango and Berry bubble tea from this Costa it was very cooling, also while I was there I tried the new salted caramel popcorn slice it was popifying, toilets are on site, it's wheelchair accessible, best place to go to for a visit.

Decent meeting space with loads of chairs and tables. Visited on a very busy day at the Arena and even with a very large queue they were serving drinks quickly. Right in the arena and near car parks so perfect for meeting people for Arena/Lego world/ sea life

Popped in for a quick coffee today with a couple of friends. We had a voucher for a free drink and the staff at the store where so accommodating and helpful. We have found that in other Costas staff can be very dismissive of customers trying to use vouchers. This was not the case at all in this store! In particular Brian went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely drink prepared to our liking and ensured we got all the extras we could get with the voucher. Super lovely, cheerful staff. Thanks for your kindness!
