Tens of experiences with this branch in the previous year, overall a great restaurant.
Next to the train station, so relatively busy especially during peak hours. The service speed is fast and satisfying. Enough seats to dine in even in busy periods. The food quality is fine, never problems with that. Sometimes there are small mistakes with the orders, but always solvable in the end.
The double cheeseburger was delicious! Not a bad example of customer service. The students can choose between a free mayo chicken burger or a Mcflurry! I also have to mention the excellent packaging and flavour! ❤️
Excellent service. Had a burger boucher set for two pounds and the staff offered dippings on takeout which is quite uncommon but very essential.

Very busy. Not enough staff to keep the place fully clean, but the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. The place has a high staircase to the main seating area, and it is not wide enough, so a real pinch point when busy. I was stuck behind a person trying to get down while using 2 crutches, it was obviously very difficult for them to get down without falling while it was so busy. There is seating downstairs but not much. They don't do table service.
Was slightly disappointed with the waiting time but the food was immaculate, I was a little too hungry on the day and bought a mozzarella sharebox and a double QPC burger which was lush and wow the chocolate brownie, did not expect it to be that nice! This McD's was busy and I respect that the waiting time was slow due to that but being a highly well-known fast food chain, I'd expect quicker service than this. Would order from here again and I remember a few nights out where this has been an after-party location for me and a group of friends but not the quickest mcd's service I've had out of the company.
Yeah, it's fine, the food is on point, and fast service despite going at a crowded hour. The service was a bit intrusive though, hurrying us along and trying to clean our table when we hadn't finished yet.
Standard large McDonald's, it does have free sauce cups and dispensers on both of the floors. Downstairs seating is very limited but upstairs is good. Some of the machines didn't work but there was enough of them that it didn't matter. I've been to this McDonald's twice now and even when it's been busy it's been quick.
There was a crazy lady in who started shouting abuse at me while I was eating with my 3 year old. She scared off another family and other customers told me she was like that in the cue too. The staff came and watcher her but I requested that she would be removed as she was scaring me and my child, but the lady stayed and we then left. She was swearing and wishing that I would die amongst other things. I never raised my voice or used profanities as I was in a family environment.
Food was good. Fast service. But the dine in space on the ground floor is congested. The starecase is slippery
