We really enjoyed our time at the Kitty Cafe. They do a great job looking after abandoned cats. We had a great time petting all the different cats. Highly recommend!

Been twice with various (well behaved) children and had a good experience both times. Well designed, managed, maintained, and cleaned. I’m no cat lover but the children loved the experience. The food is quite good and not badly priced, service could be quicker, but we were able to finish our food within the hour time slot. The entrance fee makes it a slightly pricey outing, but it aims to support the cats welfare. Today there were 18 cats circulating - their names are displayed on a board at the back of the cafe. If you sit quietly without bothering the cats, they start to come to you.

Had a lovely time at Kitty Cafe Birmingham. The cats are so cute and majority are very friendly. Some are your typical, I'll let you know when you can touch me, aha. All beautiful. The only down side I would say is that some of the sandwiches tasted a bit stale, so maybe they were out for a while, I don't know, but the tea was lovely, the cakes and Scones were spot on. Maybe just better sandwich choices and fresh.

Such a fab little place to visit if you love cats and want to spend your day doing something a little different. The place is clean and cosy and the drinks were nice and reasonably priced. The cats were all quite chilled and quiet when I visited (typical😅) but it was lovely and cosy. All the staff were lovely and helpful and the cats are very well taken care of. I'd love to visit again sometime.

cutest cafe ever🤗, me and my friend walked in and booked a table for about 2 hours later, although when we came back many people had to leave without a reservation as it seems to be quite busy on a usual day, so i would recommend booking a table on the website in advance to avoid disappointment. the food in there was delicious and affordable but the cats there were the best part! there are cats everywhere, on the bridges above your head and some under the table/next to them, there are food covers that are already set up on your table just incase a cat comes over. overall, i wish i had known how amazing this was sooner. i will definitely come again and i recommend this to everyone and anyone.

Love this place, the cats are beautiful and the food is great but I get quite annoyed at the children running around chasing the cats and scaring them. Parents need to learn to control their kids and staff should put an age limit on the children.

Great Kitty Cafe, delicious food. Few cats walking around but most of them stays in their home which guests doesn’t have access to. A bit disappointing we could not see all cats but there was a lot of children around which probably scared them a bit.

It was a nice experience overall. We enjoyed our snack and the time playing with the kitties. But we think there should be a minimum age to go in. There were a couple of toddlers without parents running behind the kitties, shouting them and grabbing their tails. That made the kitties be scared and less playful than before. The kids that were a little bit older were way more respectful with the kitties and the staff were very helpful and informative. Kitties 😻

We found this place by chance. Visiting from Cornwall. It was a lovely experience. No children around, so it was a quiet moment with cats. You do need to read the rules and sign that you understand them. Only brought hot drinks. It was a lovely experience. It's just a shame that there are no others around the country.
