Paid to get in then told we had to leave our coats in a shed ( extra fee for this remarkable service ). When we got into the club everything about it was very unprofessional. Dirty glasses. Rotten toilets. Watered down drinks. Shabby. Bouncers were openly racist. If you weren't black they waited for any chance to chuck you out for doing nothing. They told us that we had to leave because we were dancing too much. You couldn't make it up. Very aggressive bouncers. Wouldn't allow us to get our coats and it was freezing. All in all what a terrible advertisement for a night out in Birmingham. Put me off for life.

Firstly, I'll set the scene. A family of 8, sat, watched and enjoyed a football game. Meanwhile, a little lad, about 6 years old, outside, struggling to see the football on their multiple low quality outdoor TVs was helped by my dad to view the football on an LCD through the window because their family couldn't fit inside the pub. After queuing 45 minutes to get served at the bar I reported a pusher-in who hadn't queued. The staff said that wasn't their problem. I didn't take it personal. I figured they have a lot to do. Except then we got kicked out!! A mother, a father, 2 daughters, a son, a son-in-law, all in all a family of 8 was kicked out because AFTER the game, AFTER the bar kicked out, a hen party turned up. I went to the bar. I queued, quietly and patiently behind a party of 14 hens. I eventually got served. Didn't think anything of it. I took my drinks outside, to the family, where the HENS then put in a complaint about my brother and father - unprovoked, no-one else for them to pick on - and we got kicked out! All of us! Then the hens left! And the bouncers didn't let us back in!! That's a total of 22 customers OUT without an incident to account for it. Fine. For a bar with currently roughly 20 customers is happy to half their profits this afternoon, crack on. Also, my Dad ordered a burger before the game. He was "kicked out" after the game. The burger never arrived. Pretty little saving there for the company that's down 22 customers because some women fancied a laugh at our expense. Yeah, nice one.

Absolutely shocking establishment! Not worth the 1 star. We weren't informed that there were two separate venues despite them being under the same name. Half of our party were told that they had to hand in their coats/jackets because it was club policy and would be refused entry if we didn't comply. Staff were rude and we were told it was our fault for going to wrong venue. Refused to give us a refund. Not worth your time or money - avoid!!!

After reading so many negative reviews I still went along and booked it for 12 people for my birthday just so we could have shisha. Just to get to the place and to find it closed!!! Imagine the panic and frustration when all my guests were told to get there. This place didn't even have decancy to phone me to let me know! Thank god there is a great place just across the road bierkiller which was fantastic with live music!
