Loved every dish served. Food was excellent in taste, Faluda n Ras Malai were in no way lesser in taste than the best available in India. No complaints regarding services , found every one there very polite. Shall recommend others visiting Birmingham
in future.
Really nice enjoyable meal very friendly staff lovely little restaurant I would definitelyl recommended it
Branch of southall on soho road birmingham, indian cuisine asusual my fav, order malai chiken tikka and had sweet lassi, also alloo tikk chaat with channa was really nice. Stopped here to have quick snacks was great being there.
Loved this place award from india and had tasted nice chats and sweets here.
Good place to spend your time to enjoy their delicious cuisines.
Just to try in a new hotel v went to this place. V were 4 people, it was crowded, waiting time was high and serving time is very high which is a drawback. Need to be very patient
Quality: Good
Quantity: Okay
Ambience: Crowded but decent
Highlights: Naan, Butter Chicken and Chilli chicken
Lowlight: Biryani not Good when compared with other hotels.
Visited this restaurant in the year 2010. Would like to share my experience. Had craving for sweets and Indian food as I was far away from home.
Me and one of my friend decided to walk down to this restaurant after someone suggested us. Somehow we managed to reach.. it was freezing cold and snowing .. we were too hungry as well.
At that moment ambiance did not matter. Food was good enough to satisfy our craving for that moment, but not that great. I still remember quantity was so less and we kept on ordering and hogging.
It's a budget restaurant which gives full value for money.
Food - Flavoursome, delicious food. One stop shop for enjoying both street food & proper dining main courses; Ample options for both vegetarians & non-vegetarians. & yes they have a sweet shop too - we picked up an assortment of burfis on our way out.
Interiors - Clean, hygienic, well-lighted, functional interiors. Its' a no-frill restaurant - so don’t expect any opulent decors.
Note: Its got limited sitting area, & this eatery seemed very busy, with the number of people coming in. So be ready to wait for a bit, though the service is relatively swift & turnaround quick.
Yummy food! Ordered so much food and will definitely return back for more.
A variety of dishes (vegetarian and non-veg) offered. Food was spicy and packed with flavours.
One of my top 3 places for an Indian curry (spicy and full of flavours)!
Great and prompt service!

Just walked in to Chandni Chowk. Very good food and very good service. They happily changed my order to Veg thali and also instead of Paneer curry brought me chana curry which was delicious. Lassi had right amount of salt hence was well tasty. Gave us mithai complimentary too at the end, which was very nice of them. 🙏👏
If you’re looking for simple bit authentic Indian food - this is the place.
This place was recommended by my Indian friend so I gave it a go. I tried the chicken curry, saag and tandoori roti. All were fantastic.
The lady that owns the place was very friendly and I’m looking forward to going back again soon to explore the menu try something different. Thanks 😊
Loved the food. After a long time we had pani puri and taste matches to what we had in India. Prompt service and polite staff. Definitely a go to place to have indian food.
Best lamb saag I've ever had! Been here multiple times and the food has always been fantastic. The butter chicken is excellent too, all the food feels home cooked and has the authentic Indian taste.
I really enjoyed the tasteful food here, first time here and liked what I had.
If I'm back in the area I will be popping in again to try something different and reevaluate the rating.
best veg taali i had lovely n fresh n soft. i am heavly pregnant n really enjoying the taali to myself 😆😊
Couldn’t have gone to a better place with the family. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Amazing staff to go with the amazing food there. Would definitely recommend and will be going back more regularly.
Food was ok. We had pani puri it was alright but not the best. Tikki Chaat had hard pattice and chana thsts it And chhole puri Ok as well. It’s very clean place. Seemed busy and family running business. Agaraaa ka petha was so fresh and so good. Sweets are really really good and 100% recommendable. All the staff were so nice and helpful so thank you❤️
I bought Jilebi and Samosa from this shop and I like them very much. Jilebi is perfect in Sweeteness.. not more not less.. Samosa is okay but not bad.. tastes good with sauce.. I recommend everyone who visits Birmingham temple, must visit this shop too..
