I would strongly recommend everyone to stay well clear of BakeEven Cakery! I used them for my wedding over two days and whatever we got was NOTHING like we asked or paid for! Cheesecake we ordered that was supposed to be flavoured by tier but instead was simply mush by time we got it. No flavourings either! They dropped the actual main wedding cake! Then tried to salvage what they could and not bother to tell anyone, hoping nobody would notice!!?? We paid for 5 tiers and got 4, no topper, no decor like we asked for. It was as if everything we discussed was ignored and whatever they could get their hands on was slapped together! No matter what they do (which has been nothing at all!) nothing can change out dissatisfied and disheartening feeling seeing the wedding cake on our wedding day! As well as all of the above, I have sent email after email, had no responses now for months! Ignore my calls and hope I will just forget about it!!?? STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!! I would give minus stars if Google allowed me to!

Really disappointed by this company. Ordered cupcakes for my brothers housewarming and got my order number. I messaged checking on the order the day before and was told their new premises was flooded so there would be no order. They apologised and offered a refund and vouchers. I have contacted 4 times over the last 5 weeks and still have not received a refund.

I recently ordered a cake for my Son's 20th Birthday as a surprise. The staff were so helpful with themed ideas for it. The cake itself looked absolutely magnificent and was just what I wanted. Being 340 miles away up in Edinburgh I unfortunately didn't get a chance to taste it. But I have been reliably informed by my son and his friends that it was absolutely delicious and was such a fabulous surprise. Would thoroughly recommend Bakeevencakery 5 stars +

We ordered a cake for a family celebration at a restaurant two weeks ago. We found it very difficult to get in touch with them initially due to the email address on the website being incorrect. Eventually, when we managed to get through, they were helpful and gave advice on what we would need (two tiers) and offered that each tier could be different flavours. On the day, the cake did not arrive on time at the restaurant. The manager of the restaurant ended up having to chase them and it eventually arrived a few hours late, resulting in us changing the timings of the celebrations. The cake was not what we expected – it turned up with the bottom tier collapsing, they didn’t follow instructions on the flavours (one tier was meant to be carrot cake, the other vanilla), it was super sweet and the colours didn’t match the image on the website. I would not recommend Bakeevencakery for celebration cakes.

I came across this place when I almost lost hope to find a bakery that accommodate my son’s dietary requirements. The lady I spoke to was very welcoming and reassuring. It was my son’s first birthday she made it so special with her welcoming and supportive approach knowing that my son won’t end up in hospital due to his allergies. It was the first time my son eats a cake🥺❤️ He loved it it was ready on time for collection along side with Red Velvet cake for the rest of the family! My son was loving the cake so much It was amazing! I keep recommending them to everyone I know as they deserve to be known! Thank you for making my son’s birthday special
