Zoes Kitchen

I go way out of my way (distance) when I get Zoës, so it’s a treat for me. I got my roll ups plus a pint of chicken salad, hummus, order of pita and a chocolate cake. I got home and for dinner was going to have some chicken salad. It was nothing like the Zoës cs I know and love. It was watery Mayo, with shredded chicken. I’m used to it being velvety and delicious. I never take food back, but it is so expensive and I would like to either get my money back or get something else. So disappointed:(

Gotten too expensive, no longer a good value. Lots of places raising prices as much as they possibly can right now to maximize profit in a time when they think customers will be less sensitive to price increases because they think "everything's expensive right now". Seems like Zoe's is on this train. I remember not that long ago a greek salad with chicken was like 11 something. I ordered the other day and it was almost 15 bucks now. No mas, Zoe's is now a rare splurge for me rather than a staple.

Edit: this place is still a ripoff. Giving them another chance on 4/22/22 just resulted in a 30 minute wait for a to-go order. Avoid this restaurant. Place is a rip off. For a $6 order of hummus they give you a few pieces of pita bread, then try and charge you an extra $1 for three, yes three small pieces more. Cost controls on all their foods are similar. While food quality is good, it simply isn't worth the $, nor is it worth the unaccommodating staff. Shame to have to choose between eating your hummus with a spoon, or getting upcharged through the nose.

Alexis was great! I am so indecisive. Alexis was very knowledgeable about the menu. She gave great suggestions and really took her time with assisting me. The item I chose was delicious, it was just a little skimpy on the meat ratio. Alexis went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was enjoyable. I will return, the service was awesome here! Everyone was friendly and helpful.
