Pizza Hut

Worse experience last night we ordered 3 pizza at 6pm and said will be done close to 7pm which we understand it the weekend. My husband waited in the car close to 2 hours and when he returned home I called and the pizza still wasn’t done and it was close to 8pm. We are so disappointed in the service. And others also left last night due to the longgg wait .

Ordered food online @9:11 pm for delivery. Email said my food will be here @10:50 I loose track of time and call them at 11:42, they tell me they called me to tell me they don’t have a driver the driver left at 11pm!!! I had not one missed call, voicemail, email, or nothing! And now it’s time for them to close and I’m starving and nothing else is open! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL STORE!

Where to begin. Placed an order for pasta, cinna sticks, and a Pepsi. I got to wondering where my order was almost 1.5 hours later. Turns out, my food was just left on my doorstep. No attempts to call and let me know about the order...just left there. If you are planning to order food from this place? Don't.

As others have said, they will screw up your order or not even start, and leave you waiting forever and not tell you. They ran out of the crust we ordered (normal and stuffed). Left us waiting, and then told us they never started bc they were out of the crust. I told them to make any substitutions they had to and put a rush on it. Then 15 mins later, we went to check and they said they still hadn't started because they were out of the other crust. They were doing this to everyone in the lobby last night. There was a manager there hiding in the back and not supporting his employees. They were clearly stressed out. He should have been on the calling every order to either cancel or make substitutions, not letting people stand in line to be told their order was never started. You need to fire whoever was night manager at this store on 1/28/22.
