On Tap Sports Cafe

We’re down here for a conference and found this Gem of a Bar!! We had went to a couple of other Bars and they sucked, but we came here Sunday and Monday for football and it was freaking awesome! Not packed but a damm great place to eat and drink. The Bartender Christina and Gi Gi were so attentive and gave us the best respect and customer service ever!! Raider Nation in the House. The Raiders were on and they even put the sound on for me. What an awesome place. If you come ready to eat, the Crack Burger, The Buffalo Burger, and the Avondale Sour Patch Beer was amazing!! Thank you On Tap for a great 2 days with you all!! Las Vegas in the House!!! If i ever come back i will definitely make it back here!!

So we went in, fried raviolis was bomb. But the waitress didn’t write down our order so she gave us traditional which is tolerable we got it switched, we ordered a party tray so did our friend. Our friends party tray ended up ringing up a different price, we had a deep fried ravioli mixed in with our chicken. When we counted the wings the ravioli was counted as a “wing”. We complained to the manager, they took 15 percent off it but it still doesn’t make since why our party trays would be different price than our friends, the last time we came we had a boneless wings discount because we didn’t get traditional , this time they won’t honor it? Sadly I won’t be coming to this place again till they actually get that business organized. It’s really bad the first time I came I gave it such praise. I feel embarrassed to have even brought my friends.

It was a Friday night after 10 pm and wanted some beers. I have been here several times before and knew they have a good selection of beer on tap. I wasn't hungry but checked out the menu and it has been scaled back because of the pandemic. There are burgers and finger foods. It wasn't too crowded and the World series was on and Kristina made sure my glass was full of cold beer. Definitely will be back in the future.

This cafe would get a much higher rating if the stuff were better. Let us start by saying the food was delicious and the wing sauces tasty. However, the hostess was lethargic and seemed put out try at she needed to move to seat us. The waitress was sub par.....not bringing part of our order and then trying to charge us more for drinks we ordered.....saying we ordered and she brought a bigger size when we had pointed to the specials we wanted in the drink section.....so there was NO miscommunication. Our server was pretty much absentee and disappeared much of the time and flighty when she did come around. Luckily the manager seemed to have a good head on her shoulders and to know she had some very incompetent staff. She fixed our bill and apologized.

We were expecting a wonderful Saturday night out with our friends….we were seated around 6:45 drink orders were taken. Drink were brought about 30 minutes later the waitress took our appetizer order. It took over an hour for our appetizer to come out not to mention they were not that good at all and during the time the waitress made it aware that they are short staffed with only 3 servers and two cooks. I’m wondering who’s the manager and who couldn’t management their restaurant and staff the correct way. Finally our food order was taken it wasn’t till 9:30 PM we got our food and our checks were brought shortly after. We were seated into an empty section and everyone else seated afterwards managed to get everything they needed and leave. The food was poorly put together and wasn’t tasty at all. Our waitress handed everyone their checks and said “the manager took off the automatic Tip”. So basically because the manager was poorly managing her restaurant the waitress had to pay for it. It was unbelievable everyone at our table tiped her well but she was to scared to get the manager for the fact she might get in trouble. I will never eat here again until they hire someone who knows how to manage a business or hire more people.

Good beer Good wings cant ask for much more. Seriously though this place was really good I had some buffalo wings and frys which I was craving so of course I was happy. Sadly I didnt get the beer this time since I had to drive but I took a sip of my wife's and it was wonderful! Nice cold and refreshing. She had a burger and that was really the highlight of the meal it was really good! I would suggest that you go with the burgers for sure...unless you're craving wings in which case you cant go wrong;)
