Subway

I went to this subway and these to ghetto sandwich makers told one of the other customers in the subway to lock the other people out a dude came to the door and said ole gul told me to lock the door on yawl the evening shift very rude and very nasty 2 lil young girls and there's nothing wrong with the subway it the people that work there I wouldn't by food for my dog there they give free food to they lil friends they locked the door so we couldn't see what they were doing 2 females behind counter fixing sandwiches 3 males standing there watching one run to the door and lock it no never again.

The worse experience I've ever had at a Subway. I visited this store on 9/5/20. I had an online order. When I picked up my food I learned that I was given old bread. I mean the bread was so jard it was flaking off. I have braces and can't chew anything hard. When I asked the manager to remake the sandwich she bacome argumentative and extremely rude. When I asked for my money back she claimed she didn't know how to do it and had to call another store. She eventually gave me my money back and continued to speak in an argumentative tone to her co workers as I left the store. The amount of disrespect and the lack of professionalism and customer service wasn't like anything I've ever experienced.

A male worker, got out of his car, went behind the counter and started touching things.. I asked him was he going to wash his hands..he had already touched the register and then the cutting knives by the lettuce etc.. I observed them allowing customers to stand OVER the food counter( discussing what they what on there sandwich) WITHOUT the mask fully on... pulled down from their nose or just pulled down..and they were standing tall enough Over the food.. This must be address and never happen again.. also, another worker constantly touching his mask at the nose because it kept falling down..using those same gloves touching his nose to made sandwiches... This is sickening.

Went to the store at January 16,2021 at 7:50pm, I was greeted by a knock on the window (light skin chick, with red hair )that we are close, Then a guy came to the door (with dreads) said my manager told us to shut it down because our rides on the way...Poor customer service, you can see the expression on there face when I first pulled in, that they didn’t want to help me...Will not eat there again🤬 No stars, just had to click 1

I took my elderly Mother there to eat after attending the funeral of a family member. When we arrived, the staff was loudly arguing with a customer. Totally unacceptable. They didn't stop when they saw my mother. I thought they would, out of respect. We don't drink carbonated drinks and they had no sweet tea. I asked her why, she said they had no sugar? Then, we asked for unsweetened tea. She said they had no tea bags! This store is most likely a franchise, not a corporate store. There would be many more standard procedures in place if it were owned by Subway Corporate. The good news is. ...when I asked her, "What do you suggest for Mother, as a non carbonated option?" She gave her an apple juice from the refrigerator. So much drama in there, I neglected to mention the food. The sandwich was tasty.
