Nothing Bundt Cakes

I purchased a pumpkin bundt cake as a gift. I can't speak on taste, but the presentation of the cake was beautiful! I did customize it a bit to make my cake more peraonal. The staff had my cake prepared in less than an hour of online purchase. What was even more amazing was the customer service. I had somewhat of an incident where the icing got messed up. I called and spoke with store employees and was able to get the icing fixed and packaged differently. With the craziness of a day I was having, that truly made my day. Thank you!

Quality is unwaivering - cakes are always fresh, moist, and presented beautifully! The icing on the cake is in the fantastic service you get EVERY SINGLE TIME you visit! I frequently use this bakery for work functions because doing business with John and his staff is an absolute pleasure - I feel like a valued customer whether I spend $5 or $500. Very friendly and accommodating staff! Wished I could've met kas/cas hope I spelled her name correct - she walked me through how they make their gluten free cake, let me understand how their decorations go! Very helpful!!!! Their cakes are so moist too and very yummy!!!! This might be my first but def not gonna be the last! Just signed up to their e-membership! Can't wait for that free bday cake!!!! Love it
