My sons and I stopped at this Chick-fil-A while we were out of town from North Carolina. I was extremely, extremely disappointed with the attitude and the lack of care that we received here. We waited longer than anyone else to get our order, and while we were waiting most of the servers were standing around joking, and I actually heard them say you better make those shakes, and the another said I ain't doing that. I don't normally talk about race and I certainly don't throw around the race card, but I really got the feeling that racism had something to do with this visit. My boys and I are white. Just about all the people working here were black. To me that's not something that I normally take note of, but the attitude and the stares and the way that we were treated certainly made me feel like we stood out like a sore thumb. Really, really strange. I am a bit concerned that there's a possibility that our milkshakes were spit in or something like that, probably not, but I got that kind of feeling that they could realistically do something like that. I love Chick-fil-A, and I hope that management sees this and is able to talk to their employees that were on today and talk to them about their attitude. They also didn't complete our shakes, with a couple of them not getting whipped cream or cherry. They also told me that the reason why our order took so long was that they were making a new batch of fries, but the fries that they gave us were definitely cold and old. When we asked them for straws and spoons for our shakes, they gave us more attitude.

Aside from the trash overflowing (as pictured) tables were dirty, no paper towels in the bathroom, the kitchen staff, both men and women, had untied hair and no hair nets. Also, we were dinning in but the employees simply packed everything up as a mobile order and left it at the mobile orders stand, the name on the order wasn’t even called out so we didn’t realize our food was ready until later. By far the absolute worst CFA in Birmingham! Cleanliness at an all time low. Customer service is extremely bad. You don’t feel a bit of CFA spirit when walking in nor placing your order. The management is very poor. You can tell that there isn’t great leadership in the establishment. 0 out of 10 I do not RECOMMEND!!! 👎😡

The inside of the restaurant isn’t open. There’s no drive through. I used to drive by every day and every last parking space would be taken for their curbside orders. Now, you have to wait in line either inside or outside in the cold weather, even though it claims to “save you time in line.” I’m normally very impressed by Chick-fil-a, but this is easily the worst one I’ve ever been to. They’d be getting so much of my business as I live very close by, but I’m sure as heck not going to wait in the cold for forever just because they’re system is a total mess. I guess I won’t be getting chick fil a throughout this winter :(

This location has gotten progressively worse. They were fantastic at the height of the pandemic: you’d get your order in 5 minutes or less. Now, there are no curbside orders as they only take orders that require you to go into the restaurant for pickup. When you go in, expect to wait 10-20 minutes for your order because of the massive queue. The inside is always unkempt and untidy with bags strewn about. They are completely understaffed and that’s why this location has fallen in grace. Avoid!

Most poorly ran Chick-fil-a I’ve ever visited. One person at register taking orders from customers and employees at the same time. Ordered milkshakes 15 minutes ago and with about 20 employees wondering around, we are still waiting. How hard is this?

I ordered off the app thinking it would shed time off waiting in line. I go in and ask if they got my order and the app didn't ask for my name and had an order number. Not one person could give me a straight answer if they got the order. So I stood waiting for 15 min maybe longer and I about caused a scene and turns out they didn't have it after all. I'm never going back to this location because I felt like they didn't care.

Not enough available seating for a location with that much traffic, but some part of the dining room was blocked off for something. Service was quick. Nice building/location and actually has a little bit of parking available.
