Milo's Hamburgers

I have to say this Milo's location is a nice and pleasant location. The employees are very sweet and nice. They even took care of me with extra sauce and I know others who don't do that. I really appreciate location that takes care of their customers. If you haven't gotten a chance to visit this location. You guys need to make that happen.

We were given cold fries and when we returned to the drive through we were given fresh and old fries mixed. Very disappointed with the service. We moved to North Carolina 3 years ago and we couldn't wait to get my favorite burger and seasoned fries. I guess the good old days of good food and great service are gone.

It's official, Milo's have fallen off. The quality has suffered along with them increasing prices. Pick a struggle. They changed the size of the mega fry box to now you can literally count the amount of fries. The chicken fingers have gotten smaller. You tell them no salt and they just redrop the already cooked fries. Unfortunately people aren't going to blast them but it's time The burger is still decent but it's been tweaked too We spend our hard earned money and these restaurants act as if they are doing us a favor. I'm over it. I wouldn't recommend Milo's anymore.

Milo's is consistently good. You will always get the same quality of food. What changes is the level of service! Most of the time everything is great. Today there were just a couple of annoyances, but these were totally acceptable when talking about lunch rush, holiday time, COVID staffing issues, etc. My fries would have been better with the ketchup I requested but didn't receive, but they were still excellent with the Milo's sauce for dipping! I would have loved my tea even more if it had had the "light ice" that I requested, but it was still yummy and much enjoyed. We will go back!

Service was poor and we repeated the order twice to the personal taking the order,and my wife/mother in law specifically asked for "no salt" on the fries and they gave us salted fries. We had a huge order and we asked for Ranch dressing and extra Milo's sauce and none was in either bag. I will not be going back to this location. Only the trussville location.

I walked in spoke to the young lady at the counter. Went to wash hands. Come young lady at the tea station on her. Made eye contact. She walked thur out the dinning area. Never came to take my order. Other employees some working on flat top and drive thur. The rest just walking around. No one to take order, McDonald's did.
