I must say I had some of the best customer service this evening at the young man I believe his name is Vincent at the register was super polite and friendly. Also there was another worker in the store she was just as friendly and polite. Most people complain when they get terrible service but never acknowledge great customer service. These two worker went over and above even explaining the rewards program. Thank you both again for a pleasant experience

I order delivery here often service is okay but I feel harassed, every time I place an order over the phone I’m asked to leave a tip before I even get a total. I think it’s very unprofessional and leaving a tip should be an option based on service not an obligation.

Every time we place an order with this shop it arrives at least 25 minutes after it is scheduled. For example - placed an order at 9:15am for delivery at noon. Showed up at 12:27 with no notice that it would be late. BUYER BEWARE! I'd suggest eating at home. Been this way for quite some time.
Oh! Just opened my sandwich and its not the right one! Awesome! Will not be giving my money to this establishment again.

Nice location and very clean. They were very efficient with our order and we had no problems. Yes, this is a chain, so you will find the expected ambiance. For what it is, it was well worth it. Quick, good food that didnt break the bank.

I really like Jimmy John's a lot unfortunately my experience with this particular Jimmy John's was not that great I ordered a sandwich they said 15-20 minutes okay an hour later it still hadn't come I called back they said oh it's going out now another half hour goes by still haven't received my lunch or did they call me and let me know that it was going to be longer than that I don't know if I'll order from them in the Birmingham area again

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from here twice, the first time my food never got delivered and I had to get my money refunded, despite the fact that I only work 5 minutes from this location. The second time I ordered it took them 45 minutes to deliver my food, and I only ordered ONE sub and nothing else. Also, the driver was not very nice and my sub was DRENCHED in mayo. I will not be ordering from this location again. They are anything but "freaky fast".
