Chipotle Mexican Grill

There online order system was down, so I had to write my order down for them to make it once I arrived to pick it up. Despite the technical issues, everyone there was working hard and had a positive attitude. They made my order quickly and I was on my way. The food was delicious as always! Shout out to the employees for a job well done in a stressful situation!

I guess Chipotle was only taking online orders for today so I placed an order in my car. I picked up my bowl and noticed how lite it was feeling. Chipotle dropped the ball instead of getting a full scoop of ingredients you only receive half, next time I'll pass on the online ordering because this was the second Chipotle with the same message " online orders only".

I ordered a steak burrito bowl (double steak). Cost about $14. I sat outside on the patio to eat. The corn I had over the top was FROZEN! I moved what I could to the side to bite my rice and it was hard (not nearly cooked). I went back in and discreetly advised the server that the corn she put out to serve was frozen. She checked and conferred with the cashier as more customers walked in and said she "just got it out of the cooler in the back." She continued to serve. As she saw me still standing patiently, she asked if I would "want something else?" I said I'd love to replace it. 0 then stated, "ok, I have to get a manager for you to speak to about that." I was in no way going to delay the growing line and told them to disregard and returned to my patio seat. I ate my steak and discarded the rest. I totally forgot to address the undone rice. I gotta give them another chance in the future.

I used to eat at this location almost weekly, but I’ve been going less and less due to decreasing quality. My last visit was the last straw. The food has consistently been losing quality. I have legitimate concerns about food safety due to temperatures- the cheese on my burrito bowl didn’t even try to melt. Portions are getting really bad. I’m only getting about 5 tiny pieces of chicken unless I want to pay for an extra scoop. I really like Chipotle- and I really wish this location was worth visiting.

I’m not from the Birmingham area but I am a true lover of Chipotle. Never have I EVER come across a Chipotle that is out of chips and plenty of other ingredients more than once within a week PLUS it being continuous throughout the weeks. I visit this location quite often and it’s disappointing to walk in and find out that they’re “ out of chips “. As someone who worked at Chipotle for 2.5 years, that should not be happening. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but there’s no way y’all are out of pretty much everything almost every day! If you go to this location, you’re better off ordering straight after they open. Hopefully this Chipotle gets a change because this is very disappointing.

A Kids Quesedilla was part of our order. All we got was two tortillas folded in half!!!! My 5 year old son took one bite, burst out crying and was inconsolable after that!! It was hos specoal treat as he had been asking to order Chipotle for a while. How in the world can you mess up a quesedilla??!!! Chips were stale too. Worst experience!!

This location should be closed. I love chipotle & for convenience I’ve tried this location three times. The staff show no acknowledgment of your presence. The chicken which they never have enough of is always salty! the half scooping is unacceptable. However, what really took the cake for me was the young lady folding my burrito like it was a turkey sandwich from subway. All of my food literally spilled out everywhere. By the time she was done wrapping my burrito was skinner than me! Will nevvvverrrrr be back ! EVER!

Missing ingredients every time I go in. Today I picked up my mobile order. The guy handed it straight to me then as I was walking out I realized no chips. I went back and said they forgot my chips and he responds “oh we are out of chips.” Okay so he was just going to let me leave without saying anything or refunding me??? Also never have fajita veggies and have been super skimpy on portions lately. I never Uber eats from this location because I never receive what I paid for
