Always heard how great it was.... no offense but they have nothing on Subway 😊❤️ Was not impressed in the least, couldn't even chew the bread, no chicken or steak, chips also barely chewable and didn't feel like they were friendly to me as a customer, I was hardly acknowledged and made to feel like my presence was an inconvenience to them and what they had going on at the time. I will probably not ever return as a result of the whole experience.... not that they will be affected either way, just saying lol🙄

Very Bad Service. Late 35 min The order was wrong and no sauce on side. I ask at the time of the order will the driver have change. The order taker said yes. When it was delivered he only had $3. That left him with a $5 tip ( very convenient) when I called the girl name Laquita had a very ugly disposition. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION. PLEASE GO TO THE OTHER JIMMY JOHN ON THE SOUTH SIDE

One star but not because of anything the non-management employees did. Yes, I did have to go pick up my delivery order for myself and some co-workers after waiting for over an hour, and yes, they couldn't make 1 sandwich because they were either out of meat or didn't have time to cut more, and yes, I had to call around 10 times before someone picked up the phone, but when I went inside it was clear the mere 2 employees working in the store were doing the best they could with a line out the door and the phone constantly ringing off the hook. I was informed there was only 1 driver that had shown up that day which was why my delivery was late. Once I spoke to the cashier she was polite and made my sandwiches promptly and apologized, although I don't believe she needed to. I felt bad for them thinking about how other customers would be rude and get angry when there was nothing the employees in the store could have done. Honestly I'm pretty disgusted at the thought of what these employees have to deal with for the pay they get. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE. TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. No wonder there's a labor shortage.

By far the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever ordered from. Food has been “out for delivery” for over 35 minutes and still waiting. “Freaky Fast” doesn’t go hand in hand with location. We’ll see how this soggy mess it if it ever arrives because “sandwich”

Used to be a regular here and was always in and out within 5 minutes and greeted with a smile. Much different experience this time. Waited on my my order for about 10 minutes before being told that they were out of chicken. I was given a refund of mostly quarters after having paid with a card. The place was a mess, employees arguing with (presumably) the manager. Nobody is in any kind of hurry and they act as though it is a burden to help a customer. I’ll never be back to this location and would not recommend anyone order from here.

I am an avid customer at this location, along with my fellow employees. And, while I realize I am close enough to walk to get my orders… both in-store and delivery have been majorly disappointing. Being the only JJ location downtown, they have to receive hundreds of orders a day, with one driver!? If you walk-in to get your order, literally looks like Santa’s workshop. Orders everywhere, 4-5 workers behind the counter, and one driver?? Jimmy John’s management needs to hire more drivers, or take better care of your employees to eliminate weekly turnover. No single person should be forced to take on such a work load. I judge myself for continuing to order from this location, but I keep hoping! Please take care of this, Jimmy John’s.

I pretty much never leave bad reviews. If I don’t like a place I just don’t go back, but if this was my business I would want to know and I don’t know how to contact anyone above the manager that was there today (If they were a manager). I used to eat at this JJ’s 2-3 times almost every week. It’s been a little while cuz I burned myself out on the food but the service was always good. Today was a different story. No one said anything when I went inside. Thats ok. They seemed a little busy. After standing for about 15 minutes waiting on my order and watching orders come off the line slower than I had ever seen I figured out why there were busy. Everyone was waiting on their food. I decided to inquire on whether or not they got my order. Maybe the system was the issue. It was not. They had my order up on the line and hadn’t started on it yet even though they had made orders for customers that placed their orders long after I did and said they had just enough chicken left to make my sandwich and then proceeded to start on it. That process took about another 5 minutes and then when they had to wrap my order in the paper the person doing so, wrapped the sandwich so slowly that it seemed she was intentionally taking as much time as possible. I even had to ask for the chips drink and cookie I ordered since they just handed me the sandwich and said here you go. That sounds petty and picky but it was so slow that I actually laughed at how preposterous it was. It was like they intentionally were being as slow as possible. There was trash overflowing from the garbage can, piles of chips on tables with the chip “shelves” messy and unorganized. Hopefully the owner sees this and can correct the issues before these employees turn away enough customers that his business suffers. I would be embarrassed to admit to owning an establishment with this terrible of a team working in it.

This has been my go to restaurant for delivery. The last couple of times has been terrible though. We used to keep track of how fast JJs delivery was (record was 7 minutes). Now we measure it in hours. My last order was just under 2 hours for delivery and the one prior to that was almost as long. Such a shame.
