The food was great of course. The service needed a lot of work. The worker seemed to be working by herself and was not happy about it. 😡 She let it be known. She shouldn't take it out on her customers. We didn't make out the schedule. We are the ones who pay her salary. 🤑 She was rude when I couldn't make my mind up. When I did decide she slapped my box of donuts down on the counter. 🤬

Today I purchased dozen original glazed donuts to carry in to work for a meeting. The donuts I received were stale with fresh glaze. This is not the first time this location's experience has been underwhelming. Usually they have slower service and are frequently out of non original glazed donuts, but usually the original glazed are fresh and delicious enough to make up for the poor service. Not Today though. This location needs new management.

We came here because the New Patton Chapel RD location ignored us and didn't want to help us. The lobby at this location was closed so we went through the drive thru. It was around 9:30pm. I asked what they had available and then proceeded to order. I asked the worker to please repeat my order and she said can you repeat your order? She finally repeated it back. I drove to the window where there were 3 employees standing inside. One was on her phone. One had no gloves on touching her face and putting hands in her back pants pockets. They acted like they were just hanging out having a casual conversation and could careless that they were serving the public. Krispy Kreme should do a better job of managing their stores in Hoover.

This is the 3rd and last time to stop here. Each time we visited they were out of the doughnuts we ordered. Also the ones we did get were cold as if stored in fridge. This last visit we ask for plain glazed we are out. Chocolate glazed, we are out. Asked for speciality coffee drink, we are out. I then just left the drive thru line. I don't know how they stay in business as doughnuts is what they sell. I could understand maybe being out one time but all three times.

This is the worst location I have ever patronized. I have come on 3 separate occasions, within the last month, and they never have donuts. Don't come after 7:30. The employees will be sitting in the lobby, and the store will be out of glazed. The store closes at 10:00. Why are you always out of donuts?

I drove all the way from center point to get a specific donut for a gift and they were out but went in the back and prepared it JUST FOR ME!!! I wish I had taken photos but this is the best location ever!!! And the guy in the window even paid for it for the mishap (was told they had some that’s why I drove there) ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Terrible customer service. Tried to order 2 dozen valentine assortment for my company and website doesn’t work for this branch. I chose my pickup time and day and when I clicked to continue and it glitched and said page not available or does not exist. I then called to try and speak to someone, I called the phone number on the website for 280 branch. Someone picked up who does not want to work there and was not helpful. Sounded like they were not in a good headspace… I wanted to place an order over the phone and they said I couldn’t bc someone would try to steal my credit card information. ??? I asked if I should go in and place my order in store and they said that’s the BEST possible way to pre-order for Valentine’s orders. I go to the 280 store and they said I can’t pre order donuts. LOL you can’t make this stuff up. I told them to let their manager know they needed to at least fix the website. They also told me their phones were not working after I spoke to someone..? I then went to Dunkin’ Donuts and they had the best customer service and completed my order without complication.
