The service was slow. One team member took our money and a minute later the other team member asked us to pay again. I ordered a blizzard
..the staff did not even bring it to the window and tilt it upside-down....they had a lid on it and handed it out. It was the consistency of a shake with "a" cherry chunk in it. It was super disappointing. I will save my money and go to Handles next time.

We were given a total of $15.70 when we placed the order and were told to drive to the window. When we got to the window our total had jumped to $18.20 somehow. Then, we tried to pay with a Dairy Queen gift card and were told they didn't accept DQ gift cards. WTH?! The girl working the window was rude and hostile. Then she only turned one of the blizzards upside down and told us they only turn 1 and not all the blizzards. This is the most sorry DQ I've ever been to.

06 1845 JUN2022: I'm not big on leaving negative reviews, but shame on me for paying 9 bucks for 2x child sized blizzards that took 15 minutes to make. They both tasted good, but one was half-melted.

Stopped by dairy queen in trussville. They had already cut the ice cream machine off at 9:30. So my baby didnt get her ice cream and neither did I. They are telling people they are closed at 9:30

This was for a Door Dash, and the cashier didn't seal the bag or put any stickers over the straw holes for the beverages. Also, no mask.
