Arby's

This particular Arby's was awful. The lady taking my order was rude, for no reason. She kept getting loud and acted annoyed. I told her we were dining in and she put our food in a bag and handed it to me. Another customer stood waiting because they forgot about him, he was given free fries...how about just good customer service? The last trip, we waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru and couldn't get what we wanted because they were out of everything. Maybe they should be ordering stuff instead of playing on their phones at work.

Food was ok but the inside of the store was extremely hot (heat was on and the outdoor temp was 79). The service was very slow. The workers had their hair braids hanging loose and bouncing around instead of being secured in a hat or hair tie or hair net. Long hair (and extremely long nails) is not safe around food. Too many chances for contamination. Those used to be forbidden in restaurants or any other food service. I also watched one of the food prep staff scrape something off of a bun half first with his hand and then a spatula and then finished preparing the sandwich and served it. Not cool!

I love Arby's but this one was TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTING. I waited over 40 mins for my food in the drive through and it was wrong. After going inside I had to wait easily another 15 minutes. Worst part is the store was not even busy. Employees were cussing and carrying on with each while the people in grill were eating the food.

I went here from 2021 July since March of 2022. I worked in Fast Food and I understand the struggle working when it's busy. On multiple occasions the drive though missed up my order. They take thier time too. I went here at least a houndred times and I probably say about 80 percent of the time it took more than 40-55 minutes to get my meal. Tonight was the last time I go here. They never have ranch or tenders. They often don't have sweet tea. I can write on essay on how awful this store have become. My best advice is to go to Chick Fil-a or Burger King. This store always left a sour taste in my mouth. The quality of the food is poor too I always ordered 5 Pc tender meal always got nugget size tenders. Waste of of money.
