Terrible. Sat in drive thru for 20min just to be told they closed 3 hours earlier than posted. They had nothing posted nor anyone telling people they closed early. I completely understand staffing issues as I’m in the restaurant industry as well, but allowing cars to sit in the drive thru and wait for nothing is unacceptable. I don’t recommend going here if you’re actually hungry! Completely horrible experience. Some form of communication would be nice

Lately, they do have food/offer I'm trying to get. They are super busy when I usually go there. I do food delivery for a company & always have good experience when picking up orders

Poor Service and very poor attitude of the girl working at the window at 2am tonight! Common courtesy was to simply say I made a mistake rather than slamming the window closed and going back and forth over an item I did not receive!

Food was made right and tasted great. The staff was very friendly and professional. Can't believe how fast they were too! Often in Birmingham and I'll be stopping by this location again.

I haven’t eaten at taco bell in a year because it’s always something with this one. They close way early or system is down and now they’re out of beef. How are you taco bell and out of beef? Shut down this location. No stars if possible.

Didn't get our condiments we requested in no straws for our drinks, no napkins in our order at the drive through. The woman might have been on the job in person, but she didn't have her mind working, I doubt if I will ever go back to this one. The food was great. But that's all
